  1. Click "GO" below to open the life-group page.
  2. Click on the life group of your choice.
  3. Click "Ask to join."

  1. Download the Church Center app using one of the links below.
  2. In the app, connect to our church by searching for Horizon in Chesapeake.
  3. Enter your phone number to create an account or click "use email instead" to log in with existing account.
  4. Once logged in, click Groups, then Small Life Groups.
  5. Click on the life group of your choice.
  6. Click "Ask to join."
  7. The group leader will reach out to you!
